KV Book Drive

KV was featured in the Deseret Morning News today. You can read the article here.
The kids have been bringing in books to send to Zambia for a few weeks now, and Mothers Without Borders is heading up the project. Smart Cookie, and Johnny at Thanksgiving Point gave each of the kids a DELICIOUS cookie (guilty, engulfing two myself) and a free pass to farm country. It was pretty fun!

I absolutely loved these window boxes from Martha Stewart. Once I get my very own home these will be the first addition.

My Little Meggie

My little sis, Meggie definitely got this awesome talent from my dad. She painted this huge canvas for my birthday...it makes my living room. You rock Meg.

My New Toy

Ryne bought me this camera for mother's day, we have been having so much fun with it! I just wish that I knew how to work it! :) (Linda, I hope to use your girls for practice, my dog doesn't like posing for my hundreds of pictures.)
